March Parent/Teacher Conference Information
Hello LCSD Families,
We hope this finds you well and that you enjoyed your Spring Break!
We are looking towards our Parent/Teacher conferences that will take place on March 26th and 27th and have two things for you to complete to get ready for conferences.
The online registration system that we have used in the past has, unfortunately, closed their doors and we have set up a new site for us to use for conferences. Instructions on how to sign into the Pick A Time site are below. A link to the site is here: https://pickatime.com/client?ven=11618553&event=403862
We are asking that you review the attached contacts list to ensure that they are up to date and we have the correct information. Updating this information is very important so that we are able to contact you, or those who you list as additional people who are able to pick up your student, for any reason. Please note, if they are not on this list, we will not be able to release them to them without your verbal permission. ****(Please check your email for this personal attachment)
Please email your front office staff or district staff with any updates. You will also have an opportunity to do so at Parent/Teacher conferences.

Put in your email address and hit next.

If you have not already set up an account, you will get an error and click on “here” in the red box to sign up.

You will need to create an account.

You will see a welcome screen. Click on the blue LCSD March 2025 Parent Teacher Conferences.

You will need to add your student/students. Please note these will be their legal names on file with the school district. (You will find this information on the attached contact list)
Date of birth must be in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

Once this is complete you will see the student name on the right hand side of the page. Add additional students as needed and hit “Proceed” to continue.

Click on the student name and it will bring up the Crew teacher and you will see available time slots. Please note that there are two days available and you can choose between the two by changing the date or going to the second page in the top right hand corner. You are ready to select a time slot.

Now it’s time to put in your information! You will be asked to include a parent first and last name and if you would like to have interpretation at the meeting.

When done, just hit create appointment!
If you have other students, it will take you back to the main screen to set up appointments for them also.
